Any defective or damaged part will be replaced, except for batteries that are only guaranteed for 3 months. The warranty becomes void, in case of shock, misuse or after expiry of the warranty period.
PLEASE NOTE: The exception to the above is our graded section - all models purchased from ex-demo, returns and clearance stock will carry a 30 day parts warranty only and are non-refundable.
Q. Do the prices include VAT?
A. Yes. All of our prices are all inclusive of VAT, there are no hidden extras.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We prefer payment by credit or debit card, as this is the quickest way to confirm your order. We also accept payments by cheque, postal order or bankers draft.
Q. Can you deliver outside of the UK?
A. Yes. We can ship to most European countries at very reasonable rates, please call or email for a quote.

A. All of our 6V cars are suitable for driving on a firm, flat surface only, such as tarmac or paving slabs. They may drive on a very firm lawn, depending on the surface. Our 12V cars are the only ones suitable for use on grass or slightly rougher terrain.

A. Yes. All of our cars are CE approved for sale in the EU.
Q. What is a 'Parental Remote'?
A. The parental remote control is a superb feature which allows the controls of the car to be over-ridden by a remote control. It's perfect if your little one isn't quite up to using the car themselves, or if you want to play yourself when they have gone to bed! The remote is similar to that of a normal remote control car. The car itself will work from the 'in car' pedal and steering controls, or can be switched to be operated from the remote control. The remote controls forwards, backward and steering left/right and has a range of approximately 100 feet. The Tots Roadster and Roadster Style have 'auto switching' which will over-ride the in car controls automatically when the remote is in operation.
Q. What is an mp3 input?
A. The mp3 input is a standard size 3.5mm socket (the same as a headphones socket) that you can plug any standard mp3 player, radio or personal CD player in to. The car has a built in amplifier and speaker, and the music will play through the speaker on the car. Volume is controlled by the player or radio that is plugged in.
